Scott was a great deal of help in helping us make the proper decisions regarding our estate plan. We originally thought we would be getting a trust done and he enlightened us on all of the other things that were needed to properly make good decisions on how to plan for the unfortunate things that co...uld happen. Our attorney had retired and we were looking for an attorney to review our estate and plan for the future. We attended a seminar where Scott Rogers was one of the presentors. We liked what we heard and saw, and visited with him afterward. We then talked with other people in the community and also ...with our banker until we found people that he had done work for. In each instance we were given an outstanding recommendations. We set an appointment and met with him in his office. He gathered the facts about our situation first, and then made recommendations that would be applicable to our situation. We visited with our banker and financial advisor. Everything meshed and we went forward and had the estate planning completed. Our next meeting was in his office again where the documents were presented. Again everything was done in a very professional manner and all preparations were complete. We are very satisfied with the work done for us by Scott Rogers and look forward to working with his office in the future. We would highly recommend Scott Rogers for legal work.
