A little bit more about me on a personal side - I am a native of Decatur, Nebraska, and I moved to Sioux City with my family after graduating law school. I have worked in the Courts of Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota representing businesses and individuals in a wide-range of matters - from simple to complex. The diverse nature of my experience means I have handled simple disputes in small claims, as well as complex issues reaching the state Supreme Court - and everything in between.

After working in a larger firm for several years, I began my own firm so I could better serve the clients I wanted to without the constraints that come with larger firm. In 2021, we merged with the Vriezelaar, Tigges, Edgington, Bottaro, Boden & Lessmann Law Firm (now Tigges, Bottaro & Lessmann Law Firm) and remain dedicated to providing the highest quality counsel and advocacy for the benefit of our clients. I now practice in a wide-range of areas, including criminal law, family law, juvenile law, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Contact me for a free consultation.
