I have handled numerous criminal defense cases including Class A Murder and B felonies in Iowa and Murder defense in Nebraska.  I also am counsel on numerous misdemeanor matters including OWI/DUi defense in Iowa and Nebraska.  I have had good results in my cases over the years and am not afraid to take your case to court if that is what is warranted.  I handle these cases on an hourly rate of $200 per hour. 

I also handle many family law matters including divorce/dissolution in Iowa and Nebraska.  Modifications of visitation, custody and child support situations.  I handle these matters on a hourly rate of $200 per hour.
