Jared Robert Weber

Jared has over ten years of proven experience in the court room.  Prior to managing Weber Law Office, he was a prosecutor with the Sioux County Attorney as well as clerked with the Federal Public Defenders office in Omaha be.  From this experience, Jared understands both sides of the law and how best to work to get you the results you need.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court-Northern District of Iowa and Supreme Court of Iowa.  He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Criminal Law Section and the Sioux County Bar Association, while serving as a past president.  He is a member of Federal Criminal Justice Act panel.  He continues his education, regionally and nationally, attending a national trainings in 2008, and trial training school in 2016.

His accomplishments are by serving the daily needs of all clients.  His representation has taken him successfully representing before a jury to defending the termination of parental rights before the Iowa Supreme Court.  Whatever your legal needs arise, Jared will meet you there, proving you the personal and strong representation you deserve. 

Jared was born and raised in Omaha, NE, and has lived in the Northwest Iowa for over a decade.  He graduated from Creighton Law School, in Omaha, NE and prior to law school graduated from Northwest Missouri State, in Maryville, MO.  Mixing his urban upbringing, with small town values, Jared prides himself on his work ethic, common sense, and his insistence on being hand-on and reachable lawyer.

Jared resides in Orange City, Iowa with his wife and three children.  He is active in the community serving on several boards and serves as a volunteer in several areas.
