Hugh M. Field

Hugh M. Field brings decades of experience to the Beecher Law team. As a practicing attorney for more than 40 years, Hugh currently specializes in social security law, but also practices in probate, estate planning and corporate law. Hugh is a member of the Black Hawk County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives and the American and Iowa Academy of Health Care Lawyers.

Hugh served as the City Attorney for Waterloo from 1986 until 1992. He is currently a member of the Schoitz Medical Center Board of Trustees and has also served as Chair of the United Way of Black Hawk County, member of the President’s Council for Rural America, and the Crossroads Rotary Club. Hugh’s interests include golf, reading, fishing, scuba diving and spending time with his wife, Jane, and their four children.
