Benjamin Roth is a shareholder and attorney with Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C. practicing primarily in workers' compensation and Social Security disability. Ben grew up in Oelwein, Iowa, the son of a postal carrier and middle school teacher. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008 with a B.A. in political science, Ben received his J.D. with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2011. During his education, Ben supported himself by working in a trainyard and mowing lawns. Ben joined Ball, Kirk & Holm in 2023 after practicing with Fulton, Martin & Andres in Waterloo for over a decade.
Ben is a member of the Iowa Association for Justice, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and the Iowa State and Black Hawk County Bar Associations.
