Army junior enlisted person was accused of being drunk and inappropriately touching a female Soldier. The serviceman conceded that he was drunk and, although he did not remember due to his intoxicatio ... n, did inappropriately touch the female Soldier (there were witnesses to the touching). The serviceman was facing Article 15 but his biggest concern was being administratively separated. We presented a legal brief detailing the extenuating and mitigating circumstances and the the serviceman was not separated from the Army.
