You can put that your visa expired, i.e. "expired XYZ visa."
A deportation order does not expire. You may be confusing it with the 10-year bar, which 'expires' after the requisite 10 years abroad pass.
I would also contact an immigration attorney directly to determine which bar applies in your dad's case, and if it has already run. Good luck.
