Hi My name is Ronnie, I was injured at work and really didn't think I would need an Attorney until I was told that I needed Surgery. I was referred to an Attorney after calling hupy and abraham. Needless to say they don't handle these types of injuries seems like they only handle personal injuries.... Well the Attorney they referred me too I ended up finding out through this web site had a red mark against it so I fired them and asked for Cory Walker to be my Attorney and ended up with Eric Bair. I furgured same Firm I would be ok, I was Wrong!! Don't get me wrong they always returned calls but it seemed that all I was ever told is what the other Attorney was doing. Like I Care? I wanted to know what he was doing. What I was told is " I'm making sure that they(The Defendant) is doing what they are suppose to!" ?? So what's is he saying?? That the other guys arent gonna follow the rules?? I don't get it and I even a said so I don't get it? So I'm told don't worry everything is fine we are here for you. ????? How??? I asked could my workers comp be direct deposit? I will check into it? Was what I was told no further answers. You know how hard it is to live off of partial pay and then you never know when its coming. So no Answer there. All these reviews made it seem like these guys cared and I didn't see it. I got bill collecters wanting there money and I don't know what to tell them. This is all so new to me. Then the worse part is I tell my Attorney that I'm in pain because my medication has run out while I'm waiting for approval from workmans comp and he tells me to go back to Concentra my initial doctor for meds. I tell him that they have already added to my injury by having me sit in a chair that collapsed on me adding to my Spinal injury. So Again I ask where was my health considered? I have gone more than two and a half weeks without pain medication and nothing was done by Attorney. So what do they care about the money they are going to make off my injury? So I have fired them and now I'm in search again for an Attorney? I definitely would not recommend them I'd say search around check with friends and find an Attorney that really cares. I understand that the laws have recently changed but that doesn't mean my Attorney should do nothing. And that's what it felt like with them.
