Where to start with Erik? First off, just an absolute amazing human in general. He made he feel more like a friend than anything. Made everything seem simpler than i imagined. Alway returned calls and emails right away. As for my work injury case, i was diagnosed with convergence paralysis which is v...ery rare and not to many people know what it is. Most doctors have no idea, let alone an attorney. Erik took all the time he had to find out all the information about it. Calling doctors to get any information about it. As a result, the more he was able to learn, the more I was able to settle for. The fact he took the time to become knowledgeable of something that is so rare absolutely amazed me. Without his extreme efforts, i know for a fact i would not of received anything close to what he was able to get me. He was able to get me more than 100% of the pay I could of potentially received. Mr . Bair was very good. He returned my phone calls promptly, and kept me fully informed thru out the case. The only thing I wish, I could have met him once in person to know who was representing me even though I know it wouldn't have changed the out come of the case. (That's just me.) I was caught in the jungle that is known as work comp. After several treatments I was diagnosed with a rare disability that requires regular medications and special care. In this day of the almighty dollar ruling most peoples decisions, especially when an attorney stands to profit from the more money offer, Erik once again showed his true character. I would definitely recommend Erik to anyone who has the misfortune having a serious work related injury.
