My friend suggested I hire Mr. Turner for a OWI charge I received. I didn't initially follow up with Mr. Turner, wanting to talk with a few attorneys before making my decision. In the end, I hired Mr. Turner. In the initial consultation he went though what to expect step-by-step . His approach ...to consultations was refreshing, being that attorneys that have practiced for a longer amount of time didn't convey assurance, but rather indifference when I arrived at their office. Some older attorneys I encountered didn't take the time to hear my entire story. They essentially were asking for $1500 or more after I walked in their office, my feelings and concerns about being charged criminally was an just an after thought to them. Being satisfied with what I heard, I proceeded to hire Mr. Turner. In truth he could charge more, given the results, he's been known to get in OWI cases. But I got the distinct impression my case itself was his first concern and not the money, When all other attorneys told me to make peace with the fact that I'd have a OWI on my record that would negatively affect my career as a stewardess for a local airline, Mr. Turner said he would work diligently to find a way. On the day of pretrial conference attorneys and defendants stop by the prosecutor's office to figure out the direction of their respective case. Mr. Turner's work ethic really shined at this moment. I got the distinct impression that every attorney appointed or private was merely waiving people though, accepting the first deal the prosecutor offered their client. Mr. Turner on the other hand appeared at pretrial conference with case citations and arguments that made the prosecutor amend his original plea offer to a lower charge. It was my understanding, that the arguments Mr. Turner was prepared to make at trial, would had made it difficult for the prosecution to contend with. Not wanting to press my luck I accepted a driving while reckless charge, which did not effect on my career as a stewardess for an airline.

Royce Turner came highly recommended by friends and peers in the community. Everyone was right! He's a younger attorney. But, Royce's knowledge, passion, and determination was able to get the outcome I was looking for. I didn't want an older, unambitious, and expensive attorney that would just ac...cept the prosecutor's first offer. I wanted an attorney that was going to fight! Royce did exactly that. Constitutional problems he found in my case encouraged the prosecutor to make me a better offer. Royce was honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He walked me through the entire process and always got back to me in a timely manner. I will not be going to prison and can return to my life as an ordinary citizen, that has learned their lesson, instead of a felon. I highly recommend Royce Turner.
