I am SO thankful I was referred to Rob. The day I called, I spoke to Rob around noon, he sounded busy. However, he stopped and so kindly told me he could hear the urgency (probably more like desperation) in my voice and he accomodated me at the end of his busy day. I was very upset walking into hi...s office. By the time I left, I was calm, and felt confident I was in the right place. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could text or call with any concerns. He was always up front with me. He was patient in explaining everything to me, he gave me reassurance throughout the process. He checked in with me to see how I was doing. I always felt like he really cared. When something would come up, he would tell me the issue and then would ask for my thoughts. I could say anything and he talked through all the different scenarios and advised me with his experience.
