Biography
I began my practice at Whitfield & Eddy in 1991. Since that time, my practice has focused on civil trial work, concentrating primarily on product liability defense and insurance coverage and related commercial and construction issues.
I have worked on numerous appellate cases in the Iowa Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition to writing numerous articles about trial, product liability, and insurance coverage issues, I worked on appellate briefing in the 6th and 10th Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.
