Neal Andrew Coleman

Neal Coleman is an associate with Nyemaster Goode, P.C.'s Business, Finance, and Real Estate Department. He graduated with highest distinction from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Accounting, and received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. Since joining the firm, Neal practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; commercial real estate finance transactions; insurance law and regulations; banking, lending and secured transactions; and general representation of business organizations in all phases of an entity’s lifecycle.
