My substantial practice specializing in deficiency or unsecured judgment collection of debts between $100,000 and $5 million, usually where there is some connection to Iowa. I am a regular speaker about collections matters and also has rendered opinions as an expert witness on collection and collectibility matters.

I also represent families and family businesses that have a net worth up to $25 million on a variety of matters including advice related to mergers and acquisitions, finance and investment, estate or succession planning, real estate, and highly emotional family or business breakup related issues.
