Biography
I have been practicing personal injury law since 1981. If you have a personal injury, chances are I have represented 100 or more people with the same type of claim. Car accident, truck, motorcycle, ATV, bicycle, pedestrian, construction sites, trip-fall, slip-fall, semi-truck, interstate accidents and many more events, I’ve handled them all. We also handle denied life insurance claims. Literally thousands have come to the Lombardi Law Firm for help. We have settled way over $30 million dollars in claims.
I grew up in Bristol, Rhode Island, and then moved to Iowa to finish undergraduate work as a psychology department major at the University of Iowa. From there I attended Drake University Law School and then headed north to Waterloo where for five years I learned how to practice law. Law school teaches you how to think like a lawyer, but how to practice takes good mentoring. And to survive in this business you need common sense, intuition and the willingness to fight for your clients.
Outside of work, my life has been one of adventure. I’ve been to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal, Mt. Elbrus in Russia, Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa; to the Swiss and French Alps and to Aconcagua in Argentina/Chile in South America as well. I have ridden at the south end of northbound cattle in Montana and Wyoming.
This firm will never be a volume law firm. We will always be here representing clients as if they mattered. The workers who built this country and who made it great are my clients. They are men and women of the construction trades and the American workforce. They pull the laboring oar in order to give us a better life. The idea of hard work to earn a wage hasn’t changed.
