Sarah initially appeared quite pleasant during our initial conversation. She assured me that she would thoroughly investigate my situation and even made copies of all the relevant documents. She promised to get back to me within the week to provide an update and schedule a consultation by the week's ...end. However, another entire week elapsed without any communication from her. This level of unprofessionalism is particularly frustrating, especially given the urgency of the matter. If you're unable to follow through on your commitments, it's only fair to be forthright and inform the person instead of needlessly wasting their time. What's even more disheartening is that it took nearly a month of wasted time and my proactive step to express my frustration for her to finally reach out. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable in any professional setting. It's clear that her priorities and dedication to her clients are questionable at best. In the future, I'd strongly recommend seeking assistance from someone who values effective communication and won't simply string you along. Time is valuable, and it should not be squandered by those who fail to fulfill their promises and obligations.
