A large number of my cases involve business or commercial disputes that range from employment, insurance, contractual, construction and environmental disputes. This kind of litigation has me representing plaintiffs and defendants equally.

For the past ten years I have actively mediated cases involved in civil litigation. The cases mediated include a number of business related disputes such as employment, insurance, construction, and contract disputes. I also mediate a significant number of personal injury disputes.

I have assisted clients in compliance issues with the EPA and Iowa Department of Natural Resources. I have also handled litigated matters before EPA and the Iowa DNR related to Superfund, underground storage tanks, air violations, water quality violations, landfill compliance issues, and hog lot issues. I also have handled cases for environmental groups seeking enforcement of environmental laws.
