I did the dance with a credit consolidation company until they ran into resistance from one of my credit card companies. They offered no help and the account was pursued by a very abusive law firm out of state. I wish I could give this firm zero stars. As soon as he realized that he was not going to take my case, he brushed me off. I understand not taking my case, because he obviously did not have too, and I would understand someone needing a firm reminder that he was not taking their case, which I did not ...need. However, he did not have to be rude.
