I had attorney John Miller handle my bankruptcy case. There was a mistake that was made in my bankruptcy filing and he refused to fix it. Once my bankruptcy discharged, he told me it was my problem to handle, even though he was suppose to handle it before my bankruptcy discharged. I had to do all ...the leg work, so I am not real sure what my money paid for. His secretary never returned any phone calls. When I did speak with John Miller, he was extremely rude and very unhelpful unless I was willing to pay more money. I found out after my bankruptcy discharged about things that he never notified me of. I would never recommend him to anyone that is wanting a bankruptcy done correctly. Save yourself the headache.
