I hired Jim for the first time in August of 2018, after a move out of the state of Iowa. An already intense situation further complicated by an over three hour drive to Des Moines. GREAT! Right?! How is one to figure out the the best qualified person to represent them, and their sweet children, after... they get that dreaded knock on the door, and hear..."You have been served"? Immediately after hanging up from my first phone call with Jim I told my new husband, "This is my guy. I don't need to meet him in person." Not only is Jim knowledgeable, he was the calm in the storm. So was his team. If you want attention to detail, he exceeds all expectations in that category. He, or one of his team members, somehow managed to talk me down each time it felt overwhelming. Eventually we settled, and all was well, for a year. After some life changes round two began in April 2022, and there was no question who I would hire to represent me this time. It was settled swiftly, with the same dedication from Jim and his team as my first experience. I am incredibly grateful I was given his name. Top notch service beginning to end!
