Sounds like a deadline for filing a IWO which stands for something that I don't know - guessing an appeal or req for reconsideration or resistance...

Call police, report assault, hire lawyer and sue him personally and the company for work comp, assault,and other relevant claims. Good luck.

Depends on the will. But, you have, at a minimum,tenant rights. Hire a lawyer, you may have claims to purchase house or other options. Good luck.

Yes, but that doesnt mean the Judge or Jury will find you guilty. You need a good criminal attorney.

I don't believe so - usually 30 day deadline....unless newly found evidence that could not have been discovered earlier, or fraud.
