Help in despair

Bridgett was flat out honest with me in my time of need and she was very helpful in pointing me in the direction I should go ...she is truly the beSt attorney anyone could ask for whenever help is needed!

Child custody, child placement

Bridget represented us as interveners in a parental rights termination case. The child was placed with us as family members and not ever having been involved as foster parents or dealing with DHS we were completely at their mercy. The case took a year and a half and during that time she not only re...presented us in the case, she taught us what our rights were, what we could and couldn't do and how to find our way through the mine-field known as DHS and the court system. She was always very honest with us, stayed on top of the case during the most trying times, encouraged us and prepped us for every meeting and hearing we attended. She presented herself in a very professional manner in court, was very well prepared and prepared those testifying very well. She found excellent expert witnesses and the most amazing thing we saw her do was hold other professionals to a higher standard of responsibility than I think many of them were used to. We would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to have an attorney who really cares and who will take the time to do the work that needs to be done.

Child visitation

Bridget represented my son regarding his three children. She did an awesome job! She fought for my son and didn't back down while dealing with his ex-wife's attorney. She was also kind and understanding with us as well as did not sugar coat our situation. We appreciated her honesty and advice. ...I would highly recommend her.

Excellent

Bridget stayed on top of everything and was extremely knowledgable and ethical. She returned my calls/answered my questions in a timely manner. I have highly recommended her to my friends and family.

Child custody

I retained Bridget after I had initially retained Nikki Mordini with the Davis Brown Law firm. My mothers child up and left the state of Iowa (to Oregon) with my son. Nikki happily took my money (which I got back with Bridget's help) and did absolutely nothing to get my son back and she wouldn't even... return phone calls or emails.. I am not a lawyer but I found out after 6 months she could have had things put in place to have the child brought back to me or at least had visitation set up... After firing Nikki and retaining Bridget she has been a blessing helping me out. Inevitably I had two options 1.) go to court and spend a lot of money and more than likely not win since It had been six months or 2.) move to Oregon. So after moving to Oregon Bridget has continued to help me and even sent me an email with specific questions to ask an Oregon lawyer about Oregon laws.. I have learned my lesson with big law firms and WOULD RECOMMEND BRIDGET BOTT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE... I can't stress enough about how helpful and honest she has been...
