Kevin Hobbes is a highly competent attorney who is able to assimilate facts within a case very quickly. He makes no promises, but works aggressively to get the most favorable disposition to your case. In my case, he achieved the most favorable disposition of a dismissal, so I am able to proceed wit...h my life and achieve my great potential unfettered without a conviction.

I had Kevin for a lawyer for 13 years and in several hearings. Although I did not get my abducted children back (which was actually the fault of Judge Gregory Hulse and his biased against mothers), Kevin gave me money back! He helped me get through difficult situations. I had lost my dad the night... before my hearing and he was able to keep me as calm as possible. In the end, I lost my children due to Judge Hulse wanting incentives for the Fatherhood Initiative, but Kevin never says anything bad about Judges or other attorneys. He thinks outside the box like I do and had great questions for my ex, but the Iowa Bar is against women winning custody in custody modifications so there was no hope for me in 2014. I would still recommend Kevin to others and have sent several people to him. He no longer does family law and I believe he is tired of the nonsense in family court where heresay is allowed and so are false allegations. Kevin represented me, during a criminal case. He attempted to make the best situation out of what he could. For that, I do thank him. However, we discussed several options to contest the case, or seek deferred judgement. We chose deferred judgement. He stated how the court action would be handle...d, and after the court, another thing happened, which was totally different, and to me, unexpected. I then attempted to discuss this with him, and he refused to counsel on this issue. If you hire Kevin, be sure to take notes. Good notes.
