Nick was born and raised in South Dakota and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a double major in Criminal Justice and History. In 2010 he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law. While in law school Nick began to emphasize and focus on his litigation and alternative dispute resolution skills and competed in competitions throughout the country. Ultimately he became the President of the Trial Team and Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. After graduating law school, Nick practiced in the areas of insurance defense and criminal defense in South Dakota, before ultimately moving to Iowa and most recenlty joining as a partner in the firm of Stuyvesant, Strong, Krapfl and Carda in 2022.

Communicative and thorough
