Horrible communication.
Not surprised to see the only other review on here, just wish I would have seen it before hiring her. She was very hard to get in touch with and very flakey at replying to emails. I would go days without hearing from her and then she'd have a new excuse of why I wasn't hearing from her. I had no di...

And never heard back from her. Wildly unprofessional. Do not recommend. There are many better options, even in a small town like Ankeny.
