Nicole S. Facio

An understatement to say Nicole Facio is extremely unprofessional and undeserving of her role as an attorney. She represented a close friend in a high conflict custody case and deliberately did not communicate with him while billing him over $5000. There were no actionable items she accomplished outs...ide of answering emails my friend sent, sometimes responding 2 weeks tardy and essentially billing him for her ineptitude. What is worse is that she shows no remorse or no consideration that she is representing people with real life issues that are important to them. It was painful seeing my friend have to tolerate such treatment and furthermore waste 4 critical months being represented by someone who obviously does not care

NEVER/EVER hire her. She basically does not do anything for you. She accepted to work on a case which was not even her expertise! She just charged me a lot of money for nothing. I actually hired her, but she never answered my email and phone-call (maybe one or two times right after I complained about... her to her secretary). She was so disrespectful and did not care about anything but money. Hopefully, I could switch to another attorney to resolve my problem.
