My objective is to educate the client so that they can make an informed decision regarding these critically important and often ignored or over-simplified issues. This is my primary area of concentration, and I am genuinely concerned about my clients and their estate planning endeavors.

Buying or selling a home can be a difficult and confusing process. It is compounded by the fact that it typically involves a substantial amount of money. Standard purchase agreements do not cover everything, and there are also money saving strategies available, particularly to sellers, that brokers do not offer. My goal is to provide my client with the peace of mind that everything will be handled properly and timely, with their best interests in mind.

My goal is to handle all probate administration matters in an efficient and timely manner. Often these issues do not receive the attention that they deserve, and, as a result, take much longer than necessary. I make every effort to close an estate quickly, while providing guidance to the personal representative (executor) every step of the way.
