He's very confident about the outcome that will happen we had a case where they were pretty persistent and pressing charges in our opinion (maybe that goes for all cases I wouldn't know). I first hired him for child custody and the only reason why we didn't get any good results was because my son hadn't been with me for the 6 months he needed to be in order for the court to take on the case.
