One lousy Attorney
I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I recently went to him for legal advice in settling an estate after a family member passed away. Robb Ferguson doesn't even know the statutes at the federal or state level that apply to cases involving estates. He couldn't even answer questions I had and...

Probate of estate
I am a Canadian who was next of kin when my sister died intestate in the UP of Michigan. I engaged Robb Ferguson to assist in handling the probate and could not have done it without him. He facilitated settlement of issues and the estate was settled on a timely basis with reasonable fees.
