I couldn't be more disappointed with the representation I was provided.
I paid $5k out of pocket to have Trent act as an inefficient middle man. In our initial meeting, he made me feel very comfortable and confident and like he was really going to do something and the case was going to be a walk in the park. Because of this, I was very patient for months, assuming he was actually doing something. When I became impatient and started to ask him if he's working for me or Delta County, he'd talk real smooth and reassuring about how he was doing nothing.
Trent did nothing and accomplished nothing for me. When it was most apparent that his interests are primarily serving the court, not the client, is when I finally spoke up for myself in court because he wouldn't. He scoffed at me and completely acted like, "how dare you embarrass me in front of my friends".
I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. It's been several years since Trent has "represented me". As bad as I wanted to leave a review at that time, I wanted to allow the situation to settle to assure myself that I wasn't allowing my emotions take over and that I provide an accurate review. I don't foresee myself ever feeling less robbed by the lack of service and results I was provided for what, to me at least, is a lot of money.
I really wish I could have found some legit reviews at the time to help me avoid the horrible experience of paying Trent Stupak to represent me.
PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!
