Case involving the divorce with children. Opponent was trying to force my client to move back to Dallas, secure a $10,000 bond, and become the sole managing conservator of the children. My client was a ... sking for the ability to stay where she had moved, the ability to keep her children, and asking for guidelines child support and an equal division of the community property. In the Temporary and Final Orders, my client becamse Sole Managing conservator of the children. She got guideline child support dating back to the date of temporary orders. She recieved half ot the community property, as well as other rights and protections not plead.
