Harley LaCross

Harley LaCross is an associate at Molosky & Co. that specializes in estate planning, real estate litigation, and general business matters. She primarily works in the Petoskey office, but regularly travels to the Upper Peninsula to serve clients in communities with little legal support.

Prior to joining Molosky & Co., Harley worked for a small private practice in Manistique, Michigan. There she handled a variety of civil, probate, and criminal matters. A majority of her work involved establishing new businesses and representing property owners in quiet title negotiations and landlord tenant disputes. While working with a wide variety of cases, Harley found her specialty in estate planning. She has prepared estate plans for individuals, couples, and business owners that range in size and complexity.

Harley grew up in the Upper Peninsula and attended Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, where she obtained a degree in Business Management. After graduation, she attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, until May of 2020. During law school Harley began her legal career in estate planning by working with the Sixty Plus Clinic to provide free estate plans to clients on Medicare. She also interned with the Eaton County Prosecutor's Office where she gained litigation experience.
