DO NOT HIRE
DO NOT GO TO THIS ATTORNEY! I am an attorney myself and I am left speechless by Jim Pagels' "representation". He took thousands from me, and did not file ONE THING despite being retained to handle an eviction + money recovery. He apparently went through the retainer plus more doing "legal research"...
