Jodi J. Doak

Ms Doak represented me a few years ago and has since given me great legal advice. She fought my child custody case for me like I was her own blood despite knowing me a few months back then. I have been satisfied with the results I got. She never closed her door since then always giving me sound legal... advice on various matters. Jodi J. Doak has been a true blessing for myself and my family! She is Trustworthy, Responsible, and has incredible knowledge of Family Law. She has always been up-front with me on what she can do or cannot do for me. I have had attorney's in the past that filed motion after motion and accomplish ...nothing in the court room. NOT true with Jodi Doak, she respects my time and will combine motions together so my time away from work and family is limited, and for that I have great respect for her. I'm working a part-time job and going to school full time while raising my two children. With that said, I do not have a high salary that can support paying high attorney fees and miss work. Mrs. Doak has always fought to limit how many courtroom appearances we had because they are expensive. Also, when she felt that the "other" side was filing frivolous motions, she would bring that to the Judges attention so they would stop. Divorce and child custody issues are so emotional, I always felt informed and prepaid for every courtroom appearance. She has always prepared me for every possibility and I never felt nervous before or while I was in the court room. Her professionalism and knowledge of the law has always been such a comfort during this emotional time for my family. She really cares about me and my family on so many levels. Still, after 13 years of practicing law, she is putting her clients first. In the court room she is always prepared and speaks on my behalf with companion. She truly believes in what she is doing for all her clients. Jodi and her staff go far above my expectations they are all very informed and it shows in the courtroom when speaking to the judge or a witness. If you find yourself needing an Attorney or have an Attorney and just don't feel they are working in your behalf, Call Jodi. I started out with an Attorney that was not prepared, I was referred to Jodi. The best advise I ever received! When I think or speak of Jodi, I think of her as Family.
