I'm a Senior Airman in the US Air Force. I hired Josh for completely fabricated sex assault crime and received a full acquittal. I was very skeptical because of the financial burden It put on me and my family. That being said, it is without a doubt the best investment of my life. I am an E-7 with 21 years of honorable service and found myself being investigated by OSI/NCIS after being falsely accused of a sex crime. Once accused, the military legal teams will do whatever they can to try and find you... guilty, and I was fearing that I was about to lose my retirement and VA benefits for life. After the investigation was complete, I was offered non-judicial punishment for violation of Article 120. My family and I were extremely stressed out. Yes, I had a great military defense attorney that was appointed to me, but they are completely over-tasked, and this was my life at stake. As soon as I brought Josh onto my team, I was immediately relieved. I feel like the legal team pumped their brakes once Josh reached out and informed them that he was now my lead defense counsel. However, after Josh helped me with my response, the legal team decided to strike through that verbiage and I am now able to continue my service and retire honorably, on my own terms. This was obviously a very difficult time in my life, but Josh is excellent at what he does and was quickly able to bring me a sense of peace.
