Not all attorneys are like her in this regard I can assure you. She certainly kept my best interests at heart. Jennifer was also extremely helpful guiding me through mitigation and driving the process while handling a challenging defending attorney that would not communicate well and played games. She is responsive and timely in all communications as well. I never had to wait very long for any response.
