Gerald F. Chefalo

He's a fighter that cares about his clients and their future. I had 2 felony charges and he made them into 1 misdemeanor. He has helped out my family with DUI's, wills, bankruptsy, and felony drug charges. He's reasonably priced and a very smart man. His staff is also excellent at being there for his... clients as well and VERY patient.

The office easily handled my matter even though I was nervous. I may have called numerous times, asking the same questions over and over, but the staff always took the time to answer my questions. Once my case went to court, Mr. Chefalo handled the matter, getting the case dismissed, WITHOUT TRIAL!! ...I would definately refer anyone to this office.

My Fiance and I retained Mr. Chefalo to fight bogus tickets that we had received by the 86th District Court. Mr. Chefalo got my fiance's ticket dismissed without a trial then got mine dismissed at trial. I had been hesitant to fight these tickets at first and was ready to fork over hundreds of doll...ars to the Court to make the matter go away. My fiance insisted that we at least speak to an attorney before we made any decisions so we met with Mr. Chefalo. He laid out our options for us and clearly explained the steps and possible results that each option would have. I am so grateful that we decided to stand up for ourselves by hiring Mr. Chefalo and fighting the tickets.
