Run

Mr. Elkhart cannot control his temper and emotions. He will talk down, talk over, and straight up scream into the phone when trying to discuss case specifics. Went weeks without being able to get into contact with someone from the office. When you do speak with him, he doesn’t remember anything from... previous conversation. I’d run from this firm. Will tell you what you want to hear, then when it’s time for action starts fumbling. He was fired before my hearing and things when smoother when he was out of the picture.

Unfortunately, my experience with Craig was deeply disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the entire process—emails and calls often went unanswered for days, and when we did speak, I felt rushed and unheard. I expected a higher level of professionalism and preparation, especially for the fe...es charged. Deadlines were missed, and there was a general lack of urgency or strategy. I would not recommend Craig to anyone seeking attentive, reliable legal representation.

Don't walk run from this firm.

Hired him in the 90 tys for a legal matter. It just went from bad to worse. Stopped communicating after he got the retainer. Lost the case set me a huge bill afterward.

Do not recommend!

Craig started off strong and supportive but once the retainer check was cashed things changed quickly. He will not respond to emails unless I wrote a letter and signed it. He would get very upset with phone calls, he did not ask for evidence that was very important to my case, he uses scare tactics t...o keep you thinking he is fighting for you, when he has no idea what is going on. Very poor and unappreciated attitude towards myself and my wife. We hired him because we were in a situational asking for help above what our current understanding of the law, I fired him before my preliminary as I felt like I needed better representation. I did ask for our retainer back since we were so little into the case and of course it’s non-refundable. I would hire someone else and avoid Craig at all cost. Now I understand why they keep their doors locked.

Do not squander your $ to this firm

Extremely arrogant man who "Thinks" he is the best attorney this area has! Not even close. The worst decision I've ever made was hiring this firm! He did not get even one area of our case in our favor, repeatedly Craig said trust me I've been doing this a long time Im always right and we will win t...his! Huge disservice, he uses scare tactics to keep you in his loop. We hire attorneys because we are in a situational need for help above our means of understanding current law. When a client hires you, you work for them not the other way around! You need to show some respect to clients who pay for you to drive that Mercedes and pay your mortgage. Try not only listening, but living up to your promise to do what is right. Your years of service have literally gone to your head. Trust me you are not that good, if you were you could have easily won the case for our family. Time for you old man to brush off the know it all attitude, and remember the oath you took when you started this business. Where are your ethics? You should be ashamed of your inability to except when your wrong. So disgusted by what we paid you, for what? To further line your pockets. Unreal instead of taking the retainer fee. You should have been HONEST and said I cant win the case. Instead a steady course of lies Im good, trust me we will win! Too bad other client's from your past are afraid to speak the truth about you, real shame because others need to know your true character. Before they too are robbed and on the losing side of a court room with Craig representing them. So sad you are supposed to work for clients, you have gotten to lazy to do a good reputable job. We hear years ago you were a good Attorney! What happened?
