I hired Mr. Brott on the recommendation of a good friend. Huge mistake. I had returned to the area and needed to file a motion for 50/50 custody. He missed the filing deadline! My ex's attorney moved to have his response thrown out which the Referee agreed to do so all that was left was to discus...s visitation. I was furious. I confronted him and he said he did still want to represent me so we went to mediation. Where he might as well not even been present. Most painful of all I lost time with my children that I will never get back. I wasted my money which he forced me to pay by sending to collections the cost was close to $8,000. the thought of which makes me ill.
