Mr. Trichler was very good compared to other lawyers in the court room. He had all paperwork ready and organized. Went smooth. Others were missing paperwork, there lawyer didn't show up. Another lawyer had to sit in with no knowledge of case. Glad I had Mr. Trichler.

I started my contract with this lawyer based on his website, thinking I might have an easy divorce. As it worked itself out, as the woman in the case and the major financial supporter, Timothy seemed to totally give in to my husbands lawyer.
At the point of our separation, I gave my son (age 14) the choice of where to live. He chose Hudsonville with his father for the school, and I'm glad he did. He did very well in his classes. However, when I attempted to receive more visitation with my son in the summer months and gave written objections to the lies of my ex-husband's reasons for why I shouldn't have parenting time, Timothy never once referenced my objections. I wound up paying child support around $750 a month with every other weekend visitation, paid $40,000 out of my IRA and he got a new van free and clear while I had $ 8,000 outstanding on a car. When I complained to Tim that it seemed like I was giving every thing and I was getting nothing he waived a few hundred dollars of his fee... I have to think he wasn't doing the job I hired him for.
