Tony

My wife and I hired Ted for litigation against a major financial institute who held our mortgage. The institute made it impossible for us to work with them regarding a loan modification. This resulted in hiring Ted to remediate the situation that was lingering for over 3 yrs. Ted promptly filed suit ...against them and we were able to reach a very fair and amiable settlement. Ted also did an excellant job keeping us posted during the suit and additionally, he followed up with us after the settlement to see how we were doing. I highly recommend him for any type debt litigation especially any type having to do with mortgages.

Litigation

Ted handled two very complicated litigation cases for us recently - one as plaintiff and one as defendant. He did a masterful job in both cases which resulted in very successful outcomes for us. The case in which we were defendants, we most likely would have lost with another attorney representing ...us but Ted pulled multiple rabbits out of the hat. It was a seven figure financial dispute and so very important to us.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
