Gave me inaccurate information and counsel, withheld information detrimental to my case. Ended up having to go the clerks office on my own volition to get an update on my high conflict custody case. Only then was it that I learned I was being accused of delaying a motion because he failed to mention ...being personal friends with my ex husbands lawyer. This was after getting firmly told by my judges personal clerk after calling to see if a rescinded ex parte motion was filed for the judge to sign. Which again was false information. I had to educate myself on custody hearings and laws, it was the worst decision I ever made and could have cost me my children, and ruined my life had I not trusted my intuition that something wasn’t right. After hiring new counsel, I learned about the standards of practice and ethics the Michigan state bar association hold Lawyers too, and the steps needed to take to report such violations. Also, I would encourage anyone to call the lawyer who he quotes in his testimonial on the website, and ask him if that’s an accurate statement that is quoted and being advertised.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. He was quick to jump on the case, took my money and then refused to communicate. I sent repeated text messages, emails and phone calls daily and received NOTHING. He sat with his client for 3 minutes, rushing him out for another client and then refus...ed to meet with him before his hearing, did nothing in the court hearing, didn't even speak to his defense or ask for the bond agreement we discussed. DO not hire him unless you want to waste money and spend weeks trying to get him off the case to get a different lawyer. Complete waste of my money and my boyfriend is still in jail.

Poor communication won’t respond for several days. Doesn’t listen fully about your case. Very unprofessional. Calls you in the beginning to get his money and meets you at various different settings for 5 minutes but then doesn’t respond. Clearly presented information I never gave him to the courts on... top of not letting me see the documents befor submitting . Won’t send me my paperwork or respond but has withdrawn from the case. All around worst expierence ever and he said he would be with me every step of the way

When I met John I thought he seemed like he was going to fight for my case. I had to repeat myself every time we met. John was not very quick in returning my phone calls and emails, sometimes I never got a response to my questions. There was something he advised me against in the beginning and the ca...se was prolonged and I ended up having to do the thing he advised me against anyway. If I would have done it when I asked about it my case might have been settled sooner.

I was so impressed with John's knowledge and professionalism. I didn't have alot of experience with attorneys but I was so at ease with Mr. Danian. I could not have dealt with this matter on my own, he worked very quickly, and I would tell anyone who's seeking legal counsel: he's an excellent pers...on to have in your corner, and I will contact him again with any and all legal matters.
