Ashely was amazing. I wasn't sure what I needed (a will or a trust) but I was able to explain my situation to Ashley and she offered the pros and cons for each option along with her professional opinion. I went with the Trust package and am not disappointed. The documents were put together in a timel...y manner. When it came time for me to sign the documents, Ashley went through each section and patiently answered any and all of the questions I had, in a down to earth easy to understand manner. I would recommend her to everyone. Plus, she made me aware of a few other things I am eligible for that will save me money in the long run. She really went above and beyond in that regard. I highly recommend her.

We encountered a rather difficult landlord when we moved out of our old house. Although we followed the rules laid out in the lease agreement, the property manager was being non communicative and avoiding us when the appropriate time elapsed and we inquired on the security deposit. We were very str...essed out about the issue and did not know what to do. I contacted Ashley for a consultation on how to proceed with the matter. She went above and beyond to assist us! She drafted the letters that we ultimately sent to the applicable parties. She assisted us with who the letters were to be sent to and how to send them (certified mail apparently). When we had a question, she was very knowledgeable of the subject matter and was able to fully explain the answer. Though it did not come to it, she was ready to assist through the small claims court proceeding. Ultimately Ashley is thorough, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. It is apparent that she likes to help people, no matter how big or small the problem is. I do, with out a doubt, recommend her if you have an issue. She is also the funniest lawyer I have ever met!!
