A huge help to get to the light at the end a tunnel

Easily and efficiently guided me through the decision to file Chapter 7 and throughout the following process. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and experienced with the entire process. He made it as comfortable as possible for being such an emotionally difficult situation. He was always available and quick to answer my many, many questions - often answering late night emails. Very reasonable fees and high quality service.

Easy

Top of the line bankruptcy Attorney

Long story short, I went through a very devastating experience due to a loss of a long term job I was left with over 150,000 in debt and didnt know what to do. Jeremy made my life feel like a blessing after the couple of years of extreme stress of trying to hold on. If I had questions or needed help he answered immediately. If you need help and somewhere to turn from drowning in debt, this is the place to go. I'm happy to share that less than two years later my credit score is already over 700 after my bankruptsy. There no bad stories for this office they are top notch!

Excellent Service

Jeremy and his staff have displayed and provided me with the best service. He was very helpful in my bankruptcy case. Jeremy Shephard is great!

My husband & I found ourselves in a situation that we could not afford to get out from under. Jeremy helped us file chapter 7 bankruptcy & he made everything very easy. He is also very quick to answer phone messages & emails. He gives good, solid advice & takes the time to answer any and all questions you have regarding your bankruptcy. I'd highly recommend him!

Best Bankruptcy Attorney Ever!!

When my husband and I were in the predicament of having to file a bankruptcy, we had heard great reviews from acquaintances who had gone through Andersen, Ellis and Shephard. When we met with Jeremy he was straight forward, intelligent and real. We felt very comfortable with him, not pressured. The staff were very friendly and did not make us feel ashamed of having to file a bankruptcy.
