Mr Spitler was not helpful in our lawsuit. We asked numerous times to meet at his office and he referred us to a nearby bar to meet. We requested several times for assistance and he continued to tell us “he had it under control “.....We went to circuit court today and discovered that Mr Spitler spoke... on our behalf (for several months) and lied to judge that he was speaking for us and in reality had not discussed the complaint with us. Mr Spitler settled on our behalf and now we have a judgement against us for $40,000. Mr Spitler at no time emailed us or called to inform us of the proceedings. we had a business in operation next to Mr Spitler “ watering hole”. Mr Spitler walked by several times a week and never informed us of his conferences but wirh opposing counsel and judge. My suggestion is do not hire Mr Spitler for your case. He was NOT an advocate for our business and was detrimental in the outcome against us.
