I met, hired and paid Mr. Bartkus $500 on June 2, 2011. He has since disappeard from existence. I have left a dozen voicemails over 3 different tel #s, sent a dozen email and mailed a letter which was returned. Quite a racket preying on people in their time of need. I guess I'll file a small claims c...ase next.

Takes your money and then you have to hound him by phone to just even get him to call you back. Paid his fees in December and the Bankruptcy didn't get filed until March after having to threaten him by voicemail. Only hire this guy if you have NO OTHER CHOICE, then, be prepared to spend days trying t...o reach him by phone because he uses a rental office downtown that is for transients. The Collingwood address is a private residence. He mostly meets you in parking lots. Again, get someone else if you can, this guy is totally unprofessional in his business practices and you can NEVER get through to him when you need him most

terrible experience, I found him on craigslist and he was cheap> Met him in parking lot of D & W> I have had the worst time working with him and have had the hardest time getting return phone calls. I paid him his money all up front and has taken well over a year to get bankruptcy done. He has messe...d up many times with paperwork and is not well organized. Has gave me the runaround on saying he forgot to turn things in, also does not even respond to emails. I am giving him a few more days before my next attorney files charges against him for not completing his work he was paid for.
