I met, hired and paid Mr. Bartkus $500 on June 2, 2011. He has since disappeard from existence. I have left a dozen voicemails over 3 different tel #s, sent a dozen email and mailed a letter which was returned. Quite a racket preying on people in their time of need. Terrible Attorney
Takes your money and then you have to hound him by phone to just even get him to call you back. Paid his fees in December and the Bankruptcy didn't get filed until March after having to threaten him by voicemail. I hired Mr. Bartkus for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He made going through the bankruptcy process an easy thing to do. I will go back to him if I have any more legal questions and would recommend him to my friends.
