My husband had an appeal case with unemployment so I signed up for an advocate. After researching the names on the list and with only a week before the hearing. I called Mr.Sutton out of his business hours expecting to just leave a voicemail and to my suprise he called me back within the hour..origin...ally I kinda thought he was being rude but despite that I chose to go with him anyway..because he did know his law and he had answers to everything I asked him. So the day before the hearing he called to remind us of the hearing and to go over everything one last time..he reassured me we had nothing to worry about and the day of the hearing..he did great and we won our case!! I definitely recommend Mr.Sutton for your unemployment appeal

Mr Sutton is a no no nonsense person that is short and to the point. Always available, even during his daughters birthday party when I called. He came highly recommended and came thru strongly. When faced with another lawyer representing the employer he shot them down by objecting when they were cons...tantly asking questions either not relevant or leading or any other type of chicanery they tried. I highly recommend him all the way thru the process including when it goes into the next steps with the Michigan Appellate Commission.
