Mr Sutton is a no no nonsense person that is short and to the point. Always available, even during his daughters birthday party when I called. He came highly recommended and came thru strongly. When faced with another lawyer representing the employer he shot them down by objecting when they were cons...tantly asking questions either not relevant or leading or any other type of chicanery they tried. I highly recommend him all the way thru the process including when it goes into the next steps with the Michigan Appellate Commission.

Disconnected and distracted the day of the phone hearing before the administrative law judge. He was in his car instead of being in front of my file. The judge had to ask him to turn down his volume from an alternate conversation he was having on a different call during the hearing. Did not properly... review documents and facts I provided to him and seemed I'm knowledgeable in addressing issues. Disconnected with the case all together. I wish I would have represented myself then I could have stated facts and responded to false statements. Instead I had to set silently and have someone lose my case due to lack of knowledge. I spent weeks documenting everything for him which was useless when he never reviewed. He would also wait until the last possible day to file and likely would not have had I not stayed on him. Don't waste your time. He was paid win or lose and was completely disconnected with case.
